State Partnerships
Using out-of-school time as the vehicle, Clubs across the state are prepared to systemically and collaboratively tackle Ohio’s greatest challenges. To fulfill the needs of our communities, the Boys & Girls Clubs Ohio Alliance seeks to partner with the State Legislature and Administration to implement Great Futures Ohio.
The Great Futures Ohio initiative outlines a multi-pronged approach by Boys & Girls Clubs of Ohio to expand the impact of Club programing and address critical issues facing state using evidence based/data driven models to target:
Workforce Development;
Academic Achievement;
Healthy Lifestyles;
Character & Leadership;
Mental Health/Suicide Prevention; and
Opioid Prevention.

As a collaboration of 13 Boys & Girls Club organizations the Ohio Alliance is in a unique position to strategically leverage and enhance the impact of our local Clubs in Ohio. Now is a critical time for our organization to grow and meet the demand of the kids we serve at a statewide level.
The Alliance is actively seeking charitable foundations and corporate partners to support our ability to tackle and scale the following initiatives statewide:
